First Stop Reservations free hotel booking service will check available hotels for you in the area you need to be and also find the best rates we can whilst negotiating on your behalf.

 

We may have allocations of rooms at peak times or with our contacts be able to source hotels over very busy periods.

 

We will consider factors like coach parking and proximity to stations and airports and organise early breakfasts or late dinners if required. We will also book beauty treatments for spa breaks, research local activities and help with coach transfers.

 

We will also look carefully at the cancellation policies which can vary from hotel to hotel depending on the size of the group and dates of stay. We will often be able to negotiate the terms with the hotels to suit our clients. Payment is due directly with the accommodation.

 

We will always check our bookings and that each and every guest on a rooming list has been allocated a room and that hotels have received rooming lists, payments, etc on time.
