HOW CAN WE HELP?
First Stop Reservations offers a free accommodation and venue finding service. If you are exhibiting at an event or attending one then we are happy to assist in sourcing the right accommodation that fits your requirements and price range in the location you are looking for.
We negotiate rates for every enquiry and work with our clients to reduce their costs as much as possible.
NEC Birmingham
The NEC Birmingham hosts many exhibitions throughout the year and we are able to offer accommodation on-site or within easy reach of the venue.
Transport links are very good with not only Birmingham International Airport situated nearby, but also a train line linking Birmingham City centre to the NEC as well as numerous bus routes.
As with most popular exhibition centres, availability can be limited within both the NEC onsite hotels and hotels within the surrounding areas for event dates.
We offer free advice and booking service if you are struggling to find the right accommodation for you. We also offer negotiated rates at some of the hotels within the area. As the NEC is a large site we will also check the actual distance between the event you are attending and the hotel you are booking and whether car parking is available and what the charge would be.

Excel Docklands is one of London's premier exhibition spaces with many exhibitions taking place throughout the year. It is in a busy location of East London with good links to London City Airport and to the Docklands Light Railway for easy access to central London.
The events taking place at Excel often vary from fairly small conferences to the largest exhibitions in London. Availability in this area varies considerably depending on the event taking place. We are happy to offer advice regarding convenient locations, parking, and accessibility to the M25.

The Business Design Centre situated within the lively area of Islington, not far from Kings Cross and St Pancras Station is always a popular venue for clients visiting exhibitions in central London.
Transport links are excellent with good access to the underground and two nearby mainline train stations. There is also a good bus network.
Our most popular requests in this area are for hotels with parking or alternatively hotels convenient for both the mainline train stations and exhibition centres. We are happy to offer free advice and also a free booking service too to help you find the right accommodation.
