The story so far 

 

My love of hotels and customer service was inherited from my Father who worked at a luxury five-star hotel in London.

 

Attention to detail has always been very important to me. Whether you are booking an inexpensive bed and breakfast or a luxury hotel, I believe our agency's service should be exceptional. That includes offering the best possible solutions for our clients, working to match customer's budgets and exceeding expectations.

 

I am as passionate about British tourism and the hospitality sector as I am passionate about customer service. The agency was founded in London in 1997 and works with hotels and venues throughout the UK.

 

The agency has progressed through the years as we have gradually expanded our client base. The majority of our customers are regulars and range from clients booking leisure breaks for themselves to large multinational companies booking staff and client accommodation. We are constantly looking at ways to improve what we offer and keeping up with the latest developments within the industry.

 

First Stop Reservations relocated to Yorkshire in 2014. Yorkshire is a beautiful county with many places of interest and beautiful hotels.  After many years of being based within central London, we have adapted to rural living.
